St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 27 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Buster L. Henry Jr., 32, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 9, 2021, at 3:05 pm for theft. No bail has been set.

 

Erica Businelle Rodriguez, 34, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 9, 2021, at 7:40 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of less than $1,000. Rodriguez was released on a $250 bond.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Brice Tre Anthony Jones, 26, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 9, 2021, at 3:15 pm for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jones was released on a $20,000 bond.
