St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Brent Dalton, 40, Berwick, LA, was arrested on February 10, 2021, at 5:03 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

• theft of less than $1,000
• possession of methamphetamine
• possession of alprazolam
• possession of marijuana.

No bail has been set.

 

 

Sherlock Levinson, 52, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 10, 2021, at 6:38 pm on the following charges:

• possession of schedule I marijuana with intent to distribute
• transactions involving drug proceeds
• possession of drug paraphernalia
• violation of uniform CDS law; drug-free zone

No bail has been set.
