St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Brandon Jacoby Rudolph, 35, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on February 2, 2021, at 10:59 am for driving under suspension. Rudolph was released on a summons to appear on May 24, 2021.

 

Logan Michael Parker, 23, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 22, 2021, at 10:34 pm for failure to signal, no driver's license on person, and possession of marijuana. Parker was released on a summons to appear on May 24, 2021.

 

Isis Imani Dapremont, 24, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 23, 2021, on two counts of resisting arrest or officer. Dapremont was released on a $5,000 bond.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Timothy Jones, 32, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 22, 2021, at 7:15 pm on the following charges:

• Possession of schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute
• Possession of schedule I (MDMA) with intent to distribute
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Transactions involving drug proceeds
• Possession of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile

Jones also held a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a firearm or carrying a concealed weapon by a convicted felon. No bail has been set.

 

Shannon Nash, 37, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 22, 2021, at 7:15 pm on the following charges:

• Possession of schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute
• Possession of schedule I (MDMA) with intent to distribute
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Transactions involving drug proceeds
• Possession of a CDS in the presence of a juvenile
• Distribution of schedule I (MDMA)
• Distribution of schedule I (marijuana)

Nash also held a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of theft. No bail has been set.
