St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 104 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

 

Robert Lancelin Sr., 77, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2021, at 7:48 pm for careless operation and no insurance. Lancelin was released on a summons to appear on May 24, 2021.

 

Juvenile female, 15, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2021, at 3:54 pm for ungovernable juvenile. The juvenile female was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Dyreal Waleigh Notto, 19, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2021, at 11:13 pm on the following charges:

• Improper display license plates
• Failure to signal turn
• Resisting arrest or officer
• Contributing to delinquency of a juvenile
• Obstruction of justice-tampering
• Possession of marijuana

No bail has been set.

 

Juvenile Male, 15, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2021, at 11:13 pm for resisting a police officer with force or violence, illegal possession of a handgun by a juvenile, and threatening a public official (2 counts). The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Juvenile Male, 17, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2021, at 11:13 pm for possession of marijuana. The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Decobie W.P. Taylor, 21, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 27, 2021, at 8:25 am for careless operation, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Taylor was released on a summons to appear on May 24, 2021.

 

Dylan Anthony Oubre, 32, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on February 27, 2021, at 9:55 am for criminal mischief-false report and resisting arrest or officer. Oubre was released on a $3,000 bond.

 

Mariah Moore, 32, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 27, 2021, at 8:45 pm for possession of drug paraphernalia. Moore was released on a summons to appear on May 24, 2021.

 

April Adams Pontiff, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 27, 2021, at 8:40 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of heroin. Pontiff was released on a summons to appear on May 24, 2021.

 

John Emile Haydel, 57, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 28, 2021, at 11:59 pm for possession of schedule II drug with intent to distribute and probation violation. Bail was set at $15,000.

 

Angel Bibian Aguilera, 29, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 28, 2021, at 2:24 am for domestic abuse battery. Aguilera was released on a $3,500 bond.

 

Kevin Paul Jenkins, 57, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on February 28, 2021, at 2:07 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of aggravated assault and simple battery. Bail was set at $2,600.

 

Koby Christopher Blair, 22, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 28, 2021, at 5:39 pm for resisting a police officer with force or violence. Bail was set at $5,000.

 

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Titus Jones, 42, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2021, at 12:03 pm on a warrant for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of schedule III drug with intent to distribute. Jones was released on a $40,000 bond.

 

Darionte Brown, 21, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2021, at 10:53 am for possession of schedule I (marijuana), transactions involving drug proceeds, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Brown was released on a $20,450 bond.

 

Brian Lively, 34, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2021, at 7:19 pm on the following charges:

• Brake light out
• No driver's license
• Possession of schedule II (amphetamine and dextroamphetamine)
• Possession of schedule IV (Xanax)
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

Lively was released on a $5,000 bond.

 

Sean Hulin, 24, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2021, at 7:19 pm on the following charges:

• Possession of schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids)
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

Hulin was also arrested on two warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Failure to use seatbelts
• Operating a vehicle without a driver's license
• Failing to honor a written promise to appear
• Theft of goods

No bail has been set.

 

Thaddeaus Gabriel, 25, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2021, at 9:06 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana). Gabriel was released on a summons to appear on May 24, 2021.

 

Tyjuandre Tillman, 29, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on February 26, 2021, at 9:06 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana). Tillman was released on a summons to appear on May 24, 2021.

 

Javon Robertson, 35, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on February 27, 2021, at 4:03 pm on the following charges:

• Failure to signal 100 feet prior to an intersection
• Red light violation
• No driver's license
• Possession of schedule I (marijuana)
• Possession of schedule II (codeine) with intent to distribute
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Transactions involving drug proceeds

Robertson was released on a $7,000 bond.
