St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jordan Christopher Franklin, 21, Thibodaux, LA, was arrested on April 12, 2021, at 1:03 pm on a warrant for manslaughter and illegal possession of a stolen firearm. No bail has been set. Franklin was transferred to another agency.

 

Tireke Kunta Kinta Johnson, 22, Thibodaux, LA, was arrested on April 13, 2021, at 1:37 pm on a warrant for manslaughter and illegal possession of a stolen firearm. No bail has been set.

 

Kurwin Webb, 27, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 13, 2021, at 9:30 am for probation violation. No bail has been set.

 

 

Charles Hinkle, 58, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on April 13, 2021, at 4:03 pm for telephone calls-harassment. Hinkle was released on a $500 bond.

 

 

John Clifton Aucoin, 39, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on April 13, 2021, at 12:20 pm on the following charges:

• Violation of protective orders (2 counts)
• Terrorizing
• No driver's license on person
• Failure/owner secure registration
• No insurance

No bail has been set.

 

Daniel Lee Allan Tillery, 29, Amelia, LA, was arrested on April 13, 2021, at 10:47 pm for unauthorized entry of inhabited dwelling, battery-simple, and criminal trespass. Tillery was released on a summons to appear on July 22, 2021.
