St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 44 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Michael Ray Ceaser, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2021, at 2:18 pm on two warrants on the charges of operating a vehicle without a driver's license, failure to use seatbelt, and speeding. Bail has not been set.

 

Michael Charles, 57, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2021, at 7:58 pm for possession of drug paraphernalia. Charles was released on a summons to appear on July 22, 2021.

 

Terry Lynn Mitchell, 51, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2021, at 7:58 pm for possession of drug paraphernalia. Mitchell was released on a summons to appear on July 22, 2021.

  

Michael Delano Bourgeois III, 22, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2021, at 9:25 pm on the following charges:

• Turning movements and required signals
• Driver must be licensed
• Possession of schedule I drug with intent to distribute
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses
• Possession of legend drug without prescription with intent to distribute

Bourgeois also held a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. No bail has been set.

 

Joseph D'Zim Radford, 22, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2021, at 9:25 pm for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and obstruction of justice-tampering. Radford was released on a $5,000 bond.

 

Renaldo Keith Toussaint Jr., 26, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2021, at 9:25 pm for possession of schedule I drug with intent to distribute. Toussaint was released on a $3,500 bond.

 

Reginald Demond Charles, 29, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2021, at 9:25 pm for possession of schedule I drug with intent to distribute. Charles was released on a summons to appear on July 22, 2021.

 

Guadalupe Jose Maldonado, 66, Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2021, at 10:22 pm for driving on roadway laned for traffic, driving under suspension, and driving while intoxicated. Maldonado was released on a $6,250 bond.

 

Da'Jonnae Murdock, 21, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 27, 2021, at 12:43 am for possession of marijuana and improper lane usage. Murdock was released on a summons to appear on July 22, 2021.  

 

Terrance Germayne Wiggins, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 27, 2021, at 1:46 am on the following charges:

• improper lane usage
• possession of marijuana
• possession of drug paraphernalia
• illegal carrying of a weapon in the presence of a CDS
• possession of THC wax

Wiggins also held a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

• possession firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a convicted felon
• possession of or dealing in firearms with obliterated number
• possession of drug paraphernalia
• improper and/or failure to give required signal.

Bail has not been set.
