St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Juvenile male, 16, Berwick, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2021, at 11:51 am for ungovernable juvenile. The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

Jerral Wade Prestenbach, 32, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2021, at 2:30 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. No bail has been set.

 

Lamar Jermaine Weeden, 48, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2021, at 4:18 pm for racketeering and conspiracy to commit racketeering. No bail has been set.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Tyreik Harrison, 52, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2021, at 4:39 pm for resisting an officer. Harrison was released on a $2,500 bond.

 

Archie Antowne Levias, 33, Houston TX, was arrested on May 19, 2021, at 8:30 pm on a Harris County, TX, warrant on the charge of probation violation. Levias is being held for another agency.
