St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Alarious Davon Oliney, 25, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 20, 2021, at 8:41 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of illegal possession of stolen things. No bail has been set.

Bricelon Joseph, 22, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on May 20, 2021, at 1:55 pm for no seat belt, reckless operation-no accident, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Joseph was released on a summons to appear on August 25, 2021.

Anthony Wells, 68, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 20, 2021, at 7:04 pm for theft. Wells was released on a summons to appear on August 25, 2021.

Marcus Shawn Robertson, 38, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on May 20, 2021, at 9:28 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of cocaine. No bail has been set.
