St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 45 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Alton Fontenot, 51, Gibson, LA, was arrested on June 2, 2021, at 11:17 am for failure to signal lane change, improper lane usage, driving under suspension, possession of schedule I, possession of schedule II and possession of schedule II w/intent to distribute.  Bail was set at $8,500.

 

Jessica Fletcher, 32, Montegut, LA, was arrested on June 2, 2021, at 11:17 am for possession of schedule I (heroin), possession of schedule I (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail has been set.

 

Donna Marie Comeaux, 61, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on June 2, 2021, at 8:00 pm for possession of schedule II drugs.  No bail has been set.  

 

Female juvenile, 12, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 2, 2021, at 11:00 pm for runaway juvenile.  The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court action.

 

Shannon Folse, 30, Houma, LA, was arrested on June 2, 2021, at 11:48 pm for reckless operation no accident.  Folse was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

Tra Acosta, 24, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 2, 2021, at 11:48 pm for reckless operation no accident and driving under suspension.  Acosta was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

Clarence Darby, 39, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 3, 2021, at 1:33 am for license plate required, open container and possession of marijuana.  Darby was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

Amanda Rudolph, 33, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on June 3, 2021, at 2:14 am for driver must be licensed, possession of marijuana, possession of schedule I drugs, possession of schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Rudolph was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

Margen Reaux, 28, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on June 3, 2021, at 2:14 am for possession of marijuana.  Reaux was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

 

Michael McIntyre, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 2, 2021, at 1:15 pm for no turn signal, possession of schedule I (Heroin) w/intent to distribute, possession of schedule III (Suboxen) w/intent to distribute, possession of schedule IV (alprazolam), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS in the presence of a minor.  No bail has been set.

 

Amanda LaRive, 35, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 2, 2021, at 5:12 pm for possession of schedule I (LSD), possession of schedule I (Heroin), possession of schedule I (MDMA), possession of schedule II (methamphetamines), possession of schedule IV (alprazolam) and possession of drug paraphernalia.  No bail has been set.
