St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 41 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Ahmaric La'eric Troy Smith, 20, Thibodaux, LA, was arrested on June 15, 2021, at 3:25 pm on the following charges:

• Reckless operation-no accident
• No driver's license on person
• Failure/owner to secure registration
• Possession of legend drug without prescription with intent to distribute
• Mufflers (modification of exhaust system)
• View inward/outward of windshield

Bail has not been set.

 

Joseph Edward Ramagos III, 35, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 15, 2021, at 3:20 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Ramagos was released on a $10,400 bond.

 

Courtney Ann Phillips, 31, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 15, 2021, at 9:07 pm for theft. Phillips was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

Christopher Aaron Marquez, 35, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 15, 2021, at 10:45 pm for disturbing the peace-intoxicated and criminal trespass. Bail was set at $2,000.
