St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Leo Randolph White, 38, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 17, 2021, at 4:22 pm for driving under suspension. White was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

Salomon Cabanilla, 38, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 17, 2021, at 7:51 pm on the following charges:

• Driving on roadway laned for traffic
• Driving under suspension
• No insurance
• Expired or no inspection sticker
• No registration in vehicle

Cabanilla was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

Devon Karl Marks Sr., 24, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on June 17, 2021, at 9:19 pm for no headlights, possession of marijuana, driver must be licensed, and possession of firearm-felon. Bail has not been set.

 

Harold Anthony Ganaway III, 22, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 18, 2021, at 12:20 am for reckless operation-no accident, speeding, and driver must be licensed. Ganaway was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.
