St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 49 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Cynthia Billiot, 31, Patterson, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2021, at 6:41 am for traffic control signals and driving under suspension. Billiot was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

Ryan Gary Lamar, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2021, at 8:05 am for speeding and driving under suspension. Lamar was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

Dominic Campbell, 43, Houma, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2021, at 2:14 pm for driving under suspension. Campbell was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

Tordarrell Warren White Jr., 24, New Orleans, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2021, at 3:48 pm for introduction of contraband-penal institute and possession of schedule III drug with intent to distribute. No bail has been set.

 

Raymond Lee Gaspar Jr., 39, Lafayette, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2021, at 6:34 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $18,878.72.

 

Justin Joseph Barabin, 33, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2021, at 9:01 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of angling without a license. No bail has been set.

 

Donald Roy Grubbs II, 41, Gibson, LA, was arrested on June 28, 2021, at 9:50 pm for driving under suspension, failure to obey traffic control, and no insurance. Grubbs was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.

 

Tonya Jean Conner, 39, Pierre Part, LA, was arrested on June 29, 2021, at 3:01 am for driving under suspension and improper lane usage. Conner was released on a summons to appear on September 1, 2021.
