St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 164 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Noltavia Latrice Conner, 25, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 02, 2021, at 4:00 pm on the following charges:

• Speeding
• Driver must be licensed
• No child restraint (2 counts)
• Possession of marijuana
• Illegal use of CDS in presence of person under 17 years of age
• Resisting officer by giving false information

Conner also held a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal mischief.

No bail has been set.

 

Raymon Dontrial Jones Sr., 32, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on July 2, 2021, at 12:01 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $5,000.

 

Caleb Lipari, 19, Patterson, LA, was arrested on July 2, 2021, at 8:27 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of resisting an officer. Lipari also held an active Assumption Parish warrant for simple burglary. No bail has been set on the SMPSO warrant and a hold has been placed on Lipari for another agency.

 

Travis Anthony Yates Sr., 39, Centerville, LA, was arrested on July 3, 2021, at 1:39 am on the following charges:

• Improper lane usage
• Driving under suspension
• Possession of methamphetamine
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

A deputy was patrolling the area of Highway 90 west when he observed a vehicle cross the center and fog lines multiple times. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Yates.

During the investigation, K9 Jace was deployed and showed an odor response on the vehicle. Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were subsequently located in the vehicle. Dispatch advised the deputy that Yates' license was suspended.

Yates was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail has been set.

 

Juvenile female, 17, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 03, 2021, at 1:13 pm on the following charges:

• Speeding
• Driver must be licensed
• Brake lights required
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

The juvenile female was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Kyle Bailey Bellard, 21, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on July 2, 2021, at 6:53 pm for possession of stolen things and on an Assumption Parish Sheriff's Office warrant for failure to appear on the charges of simple burglary (5 counts). Bail was set at $40,000 and a hold was placed on Bellard for another agency.

 

Anthony Braxton Boudreaux, 25, Elton, LA, was arrested on July 3, 2021, at 2:22 pm for introduction of contraband-penal institution and criminal damage to property-simple. No bail has been set for these charges and Boudreaux continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Monyea Montrell Greer, 30, Harvey, LA, was arrested on July 3, 2021, at 2:22 pm for possession of schedule I drug with intent to distribute, introduction of contraband-penal institution, and criminal damage to property-simple. No bail has been set for these charges and Greer continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Deondre Jarrell Grogan, 19, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 3, 2021, at 3:26 pm for driving under suspension and maximum speed limit. Grogan was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Dontrielle Harris, 30, Franklin, LA, was arrested on Jul7 6, 2021, at 12:10 pm expired license plate and no insurance. Harris was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Gerald Wayne Leblanc, 66, Rayne, LA, was arrested on July 3, 2021, at 8:21 pm for driving under suspension and traffic control signals. Leblanc was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Juvenile Male, 16, Berwick, LA, was arrested on July 4, 2021, at 9:50 pm for domestic abuse battery. The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Jill Marie Parker, 46, Patterson, LA, was arrested on July 4, 2021, at 9:18 am for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Parker also held two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of a schedule II CDS (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set.

 

Terri Lynn Landry, 39, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on July 4, 2021, at 9:18 am for possession of drug paraphernalia. Landry was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Antonio Lamonte Blackburn, 48, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on July 4, 2021, at 9:39 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding and failing to honor a written promise to appear. Blackburn was released on a $365 bond.

 

Jake J. Quintana, 37, Delcambre, LA, was arrested on July 4, 2021, at 10:19 am for driving under suspension. Quintana was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Cynthia Marie Ogara, 36, Amelia, LA, was arrested on July 5, 2021, at 12:01 pm on the following charges:

• Speeding
• Driving under suspension
• Failure/owner secure registration
• No insurance
• Switched license plate/stolen license plate

Ogara was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Loren Anthony Wells, Sr., 46, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 4, 2021, at 10:19 am for possession of marijuana and no lights in fog. Wells was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.
