St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 129 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Timotea Romero Flores, 29, Freewater, OR, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 12:46 pm for speeding. Flores was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Antoinette Marie Uze, 38, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 5:00 pm for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and battery-simple. Uze was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Jonathan Paul Stovall, 19, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 5:00 pm for contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. Stovall was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Juvenile Female, 16, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 5:30 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting. The juvenile female was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

Henry Lee Dennis, Jr., 37, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 7:11 pm for turning movements and required signals, possession of schedule II drugs, and illegal carrying of a weapon in the presence of a CDS. Dennis was released on a $50,000 bond.

 

Eric Demond Dennis, 36, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 7:11 pm on the following charges:

• illegal carrying of a weapon in the presence of a CDS
• possession of marijuana
• possession of methamphetamines
• possession of firearm-felon

Bail was set at $50,000.

 

Ivy Hebert, 49, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 9:59 pm for taillights, resisting officer by flight, and running a stop sign (6 counts). Hebert was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Tyra Devon Johnson, 40, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 11:47 pm for no license plate light and driving under suspension. Johnson was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Kevin Gene Dontay, 36, Berwick, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 11:19 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of hunting wild game quads/wild game birds illegal hours or with artificial light, violating quad night hunting regulations, criminal trespassing, and intentional littering. Bail was set at $1,000.

 

Alicia Booker, 30, Sorrel, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 11:30 pm for possession of legend drug without prescription. Booker was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Juan Keith Doir Shearron, 32, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 11:36 pm on three warrants for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana (2 counts) and criminal neglect of family. Bail has not been set.

 

Anthony Lee Wells, 68, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 17, 2021, at 12:25 am on five warrants for the charge of theft. Wells was released on a $2,225 bond.

 

Rosendo Ponce, 48, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 6:20 pm for domestic abuse battery, criminal damage to property, and on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of failure to comply with PFD requirements, failure to change ownership, and no boat registration in possession. Ponce was released on a $3,250 bond.

 

Demondre Lajuan Watson, 25, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 17, 2021, at 1:24 am for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and proper equipment required on vehicles. Watson was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Gayle Rogers Robinson III, 43, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on July 17, 2021, at 1:41 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled. Bail was set at $500.

 

Star Shemah Scott Bowie, 39, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 17, 2021, at 7:33 pm for possession of schedule I drugs and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft of more than $500 but less than $5,000. Bowie was released on a $6,500 bond.

 

Doresa Michelle Bland, 31, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 17, 2021, at 9:38 pm for child desertion. Bail has not been set.

 

James Matthew Kelly, 45, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 17, 2021, at 11:18 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of principle to aggravated cruelty to animals. Kelly was released on a completed sentence.

Latravia Diamondnique Perro, 20, Patterson, LA, was arrested on July 17, 2021, at 11:45 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding and failing to honor a written promise to appear. Bail was set at $430.

 

Elzie Ray Mason Jr., 46, Patterson, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2021, at 3:30 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, simple criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass. Bail was set at $3,000.

 

Monica Granger Landry, 54, Centerville, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2021, at 2:00 pm for possession of marijuana. Landry was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Tyler Michael Kapp, 30, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2021, at 6:02 pm for maximum speed limit. Kapp was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Desi Charles Edwards, 37, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2021, at 6:33 pm for maximum speed limit and driving under suspension. Edwards was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Bettina Lynn Duval, 46, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2021, at 7:14 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule II CDS (methamphetamine). No bail has been set.

 

Ricky Joseph Mire Jr., 40, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on July 18, 2021, at 7:08 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of license plate light required. Mire was released on a completed sentence.

Aaron Mitchell, 39, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 7:43 pm for headlights when required, possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles, and possession of schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids). Mitchell was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

David Phillips, 42, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 7:06 pm on the following charges:

• Possession of schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids)
• Obstruction of justice
• Resisting an officer
• Battery of a police officer

Phillips was released on a $50,000 bond.

 

Djuandranique Diggs, 30, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 6:25 pm for failure to signal 100 feet prior to intersection, possession of schedule I (marijuana), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Diggs was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Latina Triggs, 42, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 5:59 pm for interfering with a law enforcement investigation and resisting an officer. Triggs was released on a $3,000 bond.

 

Roman Polidore, 55, Garden City, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 6:37 pm for window tint violation and possession of schedule I (marijuana). Polidore was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

Credrick Domond Alexander Sr., 41, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on July 16, 2021, at 7:52 pm for improper lane usage, simple battery, and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple battery. Bail was set at $3,250.
