St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 108 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Tylan Trevon Gray, 20, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 23, 2021, at 1:33 pm on a warrant for the charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and prohibited acts. Gray was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Jawanda Walker, 38, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 23, 2021, at 7:33 pm for improper lane usage and driving under suspension. Walker was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Jamie Keith Mallet, 44, Patterson, LA, was arrested on July 24, 2021, at 2:12 am for criminal damage to property. Mallet was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Rory Vanhaverbeke, 39, Centerville, LA, was arrested on July 24, 2021, at 9:44 am for disturbing the peace by fighting. Vanhaverbeke was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Justin Cyrol Pellerin, 29, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 24, 2021, at 8:36 am for disturbing the peace by fighting. Pellerin was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Jakerra Segura, 32, Lydia, LA, was arrested on July 24, 2021, at 5:26 pm for hit and run. Segura was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Desmon Lavar Washington, 21, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on July 24, 2021, at 8:11 pm for aggravated flight from officer, reckless operation-no accident, and ATV/off road vehicles on public roadways prohibited. Washington was released on a $3,000 bond.

 

Brent Michael Savoie, 25, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2021, at 1:24 am for resisting arrest or officer, possession of marijuana, and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of domestic abuse battery. Bail has not been set.

 

Elias Frank Todd, 27, Patterson, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2021, at 8:38 am for attempted escape and criminal damage to property-simple. Todd was charged and continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Derek Anthony Harrell, 34, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2021, at 8:51 pm for improper lane usage, driving under suspension, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Harrell was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Tyjon Keron Alexander, 20, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2021, at 9:40 pm for careless operation and possession of marijuana. Alexander was released on a summons to appear on October 7, 2021.

 

Joel Bienvenu, 47, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on July 26, 2021, at 12:11 am on the following charges:

• Improper lane usage
• Possession of schedule I (marijuana)
• Possession of methamphetamines
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

Bail has not been set.

 

Ricky Campbell, 42, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on July 26, 2021, at 12:11 am for possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamines, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set.

 

Kristyn Layne Parker, 29, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on July 26, 2021, at 2:51 am on the following charges:

• Improper lane usage
• Mirrors required
• Possession of methamphetamines
• Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute
• Possession of schedule IV drugs

Bail has not been set.
