St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 38 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Neile Lorenzo, 46, Charenton, LA, was arrested on August 26, 2021, at 10:38 am for no insurance or careless operation w/accident. Lorenzo was released on a summons to appear on November 2, 2021.

 

Kaitlyn Beadle, 24, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 26, 2021, at 12:24 pm for driving under suspension and no insurance. Beadle was released on a summons to appear on November 2, 2021.

 

Shelby Rae Lee, 37, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 26, 2021, at 8:08 pm for battery of a dating partner. Bail was set at $2,500.

 

Caleb A. Guerrero, 30, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on August 27, 2021, at 12:50 am on three warrants for failure to appear (St. Mary Parish & Assumption Parish) as well as additional charges:

• Illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts)
• Violation of a uniform CDS law
• Transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses
• Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute
• Possession of LSD with intent to distribute
• Possession of heroin with intent to distribute
• Burglary-simple
• Theft-motor vehicle
• Possession of firearm-felon
• Escape- simple & aggravated
• Possession of schedule I drugs
• Illegal carrying of a weapon
• Possession of stolen things between $1,000-$5,000
• Creation or operation of clandestine laboratory
• Possession of heroin with intent to distribute
• Failed to appear to pay fine

Bail was set on the St. Mary Parish charges at $120,531.50 and a hold was placed on Guerrero by another agency.

 

Raul Gabino Hernandez, 43, Eagle Pass, TX, was arrested on August 27, 2021, at 2:30 am for improper lane usage and driving while intoxicated. Hernandez was released on a $2,750 bond.
