Arrest Report- November 22, 2021

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 99 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jose Ibarra, 18, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on November 19, 2021, at 6:50 pm on the following charges:

  • Drag racing and racing on public roads
  • Mufflers
  • No insurance
  • Switched license plate/stolen license plate
  • Failure/owner secure registration
  • Driver must be licensed

Ibarra was released on a summons to appear on February 3, 2022.

 

Lavonte Rashard Jones, 27, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 19, 2021, at 10:09 for expired license plate, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jones was released on a summons to appear on February 3, 2022.

 

William Joseph Hale III, 34, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 20, 2021, at 12:14 am for domestic abuse battery by strangulation, domestic abuse battery, and disturbing the peace by language. Hale was released on a $10,000 bond.

 

Angelle Rene Broussard, 30, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on November 20, 2021, at 1:18 am for improper lane usage, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Broussard was released on a summons to appear on February 3, 2022.

 

Rudbin Maldonado, 30, Amelia, LA, was arrested on November 20, 2021, at 2:04 on the following charges:

  • Reckless operation-no accident
  • Driving under suspension
  • Open container
  • No headlights
  • Driving while intoxicated-4th offense

Bail was set at $50,000.

 

Paul Nosworthy, 40, Houma, LA, was arrested on November 21, 2021, at 10:42 pm for proper equipment required on vehicles, driving under suspension, and no insurance. Nosworthy was released on a summons to appear on February 3, 2022.

 

Rudbin Maldonado, 30, Amelia, LA, was arrested on November 20, 2021, at 2:04 on the following charges:

  • Reckless operation-no accident
  • Driving under suspension
  • Open container
  • No headlights
  • Driving while intoxicated-4th offense

Bail was set at $50,000.

 

Juvenile Female, 17, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on November 22, 2021, at 12:23 am on the following charges:

  • No license plates
  • Resisting an officer by flight
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Driver must be licensed
  • Curfew violation-juvenile

The juvenile female was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Raymond Terry Chapman, 41, Centerville, LA, was arrested on November 22, 2021, at 1:25 am for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000.

 

Latricia Marquez, 37, Patterson, LA, was arrested on November 19, 2021, at 10:16 am on a warrant for the charge of hit and run. Marquez was released on a summons to appear on February 3, 2022.

 

Brittany Nicole Burbante, 30, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on November 19, 2021, at 8:29 am on a warrant for the charges of driving under suspension, possession of synthetic cannabinoids, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Burbante was released on a summons to appear on February 3, 2022.

 

Jeremy Lee Housely, 39, Charenton, LA, was arrested on November 20, 2021, at 7:05 am for criminal trespass. Housely was released on a summons to appear on February 3, 2022.

 

Jamal Bell, 18, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 20, 2021, at 7:20 pm for criminal damage to property-simple and ATV/Off-road vehicles on public roadways prohibited. Bell was released on a summons to appear on February 3, 2022.

 

Earnest Norris, 39, Houma, LA, was arrested on November 20, 2021, at 10:13 pm for possession of marijuana. Norris was released on a summons to appear on February 3, 2022.

 

Erin Makie, 22, Franklin, LA, was arrested on November 21, 2021, at 11:06 pm for no license plate light and no insurance. Makie was released on a summons to appear on February 3, 2022.


NARCOTICS SECTION


Charles Dapremont Jr., 43, Charenton, LA, was arrested on November 19, 2021, at 7:50 am for improper lane use, possession of schedule I (marijuana), and obstruction of justice. Dapremont was released on a summons to appear on February 3, 2022.
