St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Kaitlyn Renea Beadle, 25, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 1, 2021, at 12:59 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle without proof of insurance and operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled. Beadle was released on a $250 bond.

Leah Elizabeth Gould, 32, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 1, 2021, at 11:47 pm for failing to obey stop sign and on a complaint warrant on the charge of cruelty to animals. Gould was released on a summons to appear on March 17, 2022.
