St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Roy Lee Clements, 62, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2021, at 9:12 am battery of a dating partner. Bail was set at $2,500.

 

Shelby Rae Lee, 62, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2021, at 9:12 am for simple assault. Lee was released on a summons to appear on March 17, 2022.

 

Devante Robertson, 26, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2021, at 5:03 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of synthetic cannabinoids. Robertson was released on a $2,500 bond.

 

Paul Wayne Johnlouis, 24, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on December 6, 2021, at 4:10 am for hit and run. Johnlouis was released on a summons to appear on March 17, 2022.
