St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 39 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

David W. Norris, 53, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 7, 2021, at 9:25 am on a warrant for probation violation-felony. Bail has not been set.

 

Evandereus Jacaderic Farrier, 20, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on December 7, 2021, at 4:56 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. Farrier was released on a $500 bond.

 

Drouis John Fanguy Jr., 62, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 7, 2021, at 8:52 am for telephone calls-harrassment. Fanguy was released on a summons to appear on March 17, 2022.

 

Kashif Jermaine Wallace, 33, Amelia, LA, was arrested on December 7, 2021, at 10:45 pm for theft. Wallace was released on a $750 bond.

 

Jairo Jarez Perez, 25, Amelia, LA, was arrested on December 8, 2021, at 10:55 pm for battery of a dating partner. Bond was set at $3,500.
