St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 34 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Christopher Joseph Pollard, 36, Monroe, LA, was arrested on December 14, 2021, at 12:06 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $927.

 

Dazjhalun Jakwanze Charles, 24, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on December 14, 2021, at 12:45 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Charles is being held for another agency.

 

Lacoryer Deshawn Nicholas, 35, Napoleonville, LA, was arrested on December 14, 2021, at 1:31 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of battery of a dating partner. Bail has not been set.

 

Lance St. Blanc, 49, Charenton, LA, was arrested on December 14, 2021, at 11:51 pm for maximum speed limit and driving under suspension. St. Blanc was released on a summons to appear on March 17, 2022.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Deonnia Bourgeois, 23, Franklin, LA, was arrested on December 14, 2021, at 3:13 pm for stop sign violation and possession of schedule I (marijuana). Bourgeois was released on a summons to appear on March 17, 2022.
