St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 120-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 199 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Ryan Jerome Spivey, 41, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on December 30, 2021, at 12:15 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of speeding and failure to honor a written promise to appear. Spivey was released on a $500 bond.

 

Drake Joseph Toups, 18, Houma, LA, was arrested on December 31, 2021, at 7:41 pm for domestic abuse battery. Toups was released on a $2,500 bond.

 

Francisco Mateos-De La Cruz, 32, Amelia, LA, was arrested on December 31, 2021, at 11:14 pm for barricades, signs/signals, driver must be licensed, and driving while intoxicated. Mateos was released on a $3,500 bond.

 

Ryan A. Boutte, 26, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on January 1, 2022, at 8:12 am for driving on right side of road/exceptions and possession of marijuana. Boutte was released on a summons to appear on April 21, 2022.

 

Brandon Lee Grant, 39, Berwick, LA, was arrested on January 1, 2022, at 9:18 am for driving under suspension. Grant was released on a summons to appear on April 21, 2022.

 

Wayne A. Lewis, 50, Belle Rose, LA, was arrested on January 1, 2022, at 11:00 am for driving under suspension. Lewis was released on a summons to appear on April 21, 2022.

 

Earnest Sentel Oneal, 40, Mobile, AL, was arrested on January 1, 2022, at 3:12 pm for public drinking. Bail was set at $1,000.

 

Juvenile Male, 17, Gibson, LA, was arrested on January 1, 2022, at 6:39 pm for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Walter Sierra, 27, Houston, TX, was arrested on January 3, 2022, at 2:43 pm for reckless operation-no accident and resisting an officer by flight. Sierra was released on a $1,035 bond.

 

Minns S. Robertson Jr., 84, Franklin, LA, was arrested on January 3, 2022, at 7:18 pm for driving under suspension. Robertson was released on a summons to appear on April 21, 2022.
