St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 26 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Marion Wayne Webb, 47, Lufkin, TX, was arrested on January 25, 2022, at 8:37 pm for reckless operation-no accident, driving while intoxicated, and open container. Bail was set at $5,000.

Kevin Bruce Lynch Sr., 50, Patterson, LA, was arrested on January 25, 2022, at 1:52 pm for failure to register as a sex offender, duty of a sex offender to notify of change of address, and on a warrant for failure to appear on the same charges. Bail has been set at $50,000.
