St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 30 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

David Lenes Aucoin Sr., 44, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on February 14, 2022, at 2:30 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $9031.

 

Jessica Smith, 34, Amelia, LA, was arrested on February 15, 2022, at 4:57 pm for possession of methamphetamines, possession of heroin, and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft-less than $1,000. Bail has not been set.

 

Joe Joseph Walker Jr., 43, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 15, 2022, at 4:57 pm for possession of marijuana and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of unauthorized use of an access card- less than $500. Bail has not been set.

 

Jovan Miguel Mosely, 41, Patterson, LA, was arrested on February 14, 2022, at 7:55 pm for parole violation. Mosely is being held for another agency.
