St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 94 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Latiajanea Nicole Clay, 21, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on March 11, 2022, at 12:41 pm for cruelty to animals. Clay was released on a summons to appear on June 15, 2022.

 

Denia Marleny Bonilla, 40, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on March 11, 2022, at 1:32 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple battery. Bail has not been set.

 

April Michelle Johnson, 45, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on March 11, 2022, at 8:00 pm on the following charges:

• Brake lights required
• No insurance
• Driving under suspension
• Seat belt required

Johnson was released on a summons to appear on June 15, 2022.

 

Corey Thomas Tarver, 44, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 11, 2022, at 8:00 pm for littering. Tarver was released on a summons to appear on June 15, 2022.

 

Christian Druilhet, 23, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on March 11, 2022, at 10:11 pm for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Druilhet was released on a summons to appear on June 15, 2022.

 

Earnest Lee Gaston Sr., 64, Houma, LA, was arrested on March 12, 2022, at 12:35 am on the following charges:

• Driver must be licensed
• No insurance
• Switched license plate/stolen license plate
• Brake lights required

Gaston also held a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Failure to stop at a stop sign
• Operating a vehicle without a driver's license
• Failing to honor a written promise to appear

Bail has not been set.

 

Mikayla Yevon-Marie Rock, 25, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 12, 2022, at 2:11 am on the following charges:

• Driving while intoxicated-1st offense
• Resisting arrest or officer
• Resisting by failing to identify
• Illegal possession of a firearm by convicted felon

Bail was set at $30,000.

 

Manuel Paul Fabre, 38, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 12, 2022, at 2:35 pm on two warrants for failure to appear for speeding and expired motor vehicle inspection. Fabre was released on a completed sentence.

Quindalyn Cooks, 29, Gibson, LA, was arrested on March 12, 2022, at 8:19 pm on two warrants for failure to appear for speeding and failing to honor a written promise to appear. Cooks was released on a $795 bond.

 

Agnes Lightner White, 32, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 13, 2022, at 12:10 am on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of schedule III drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and on a complaint warrant for telephone harassment. Bail has not been set.

 

Timothy James Jones, 33, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 13, 2022, at 8:35 pm for possession of marijuana. Jones was released on a summons to appear on June 15, 2022.

 

Kendrick Matthews, 32, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 13, 2022, at 8:50 pm for reckless operation- no accident. Matthews was released on a summons to appear on June 15, 2022.

 

Kirk Michael Anslum, 40, Amelia, LA, was arrested on March 13, 2022, at 10:56 am on the following charges:

• Possession of methamphetamines
• Possession of cocaine
• Possession of schedule IV drugs (2 counts)
• Possession of legend drug without prescription
•  
• Possession of CDS in the presence of a person under 17 years of age

Bail was set at $7,500.

 

Lysa Marie Fabre, 35, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 13, 2022, at 10:56 am on the following charges:

• Possession of methamphetamines
• Turning movements and signals required
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of CDS in the presence of a person under 17 years of age

Bail was set at $1,500.

 

Juan Jose Castellanos, 44, Matthews, NC, was arrested on March 13, 2022, at 10:56 am on the following charges:

• Possession of cocaine
• Possession of firearm in the presence of a CDS
• Possession of marijuana
• Obstruction of justice-tampering
• Possession of CDS in the presence of a person under 17 years of age

Bail was set at $25,000.

Justin Stratton, 32, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 11, 2022, at 9:21 pm on warrant for failure to appear for taking or possessing game fish illegally. Bail has not been set.
