St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 41 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Shea Richard Saujon, 32, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2022, at 1:25 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Possession of methamphetamine
• Possession of alprazolam
• Possession/distribution/sale of a legend drug without prescription
• Violation of uniform CDS law-drug free zone
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Bail was set at $2,500.

Bail was set at $15,350.

 

Justin Wayne Webb, 38, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2022, at 10:10 pm for driving under suspension and no insurance. Webb was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Ethan Joseph Landry, 19, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2022, at 11:13 pm for turning movements and required signals, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a legend drug without prescription. Landry was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Juvenile Female, 15, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2022, at 11:46 pm for curfew violation and resisting arrest or officer. The juvenile female was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Frank Small Jr., 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2022, at 4:33 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana), distribution of marijuana, and window tint violation. Small was released on a $5,000 bond.

 

Earnest Reed, 44, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2022, at 4:29 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana). Reed was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Joshua Aucoin, 35, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2022, at 12:52 pm for improper lane use, driving under suspension, and possession of schedule I (marijuana). Aucoin was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Ananenia Dauphine, 27, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2022, at 4:50 pm for view outward or inward through windows and possession of schedule I (marijuana). Dauphine was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Anthony Bonner, 56, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2022, at 2:39 pm for possession of schedule II (methamphetamine) and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of aggravated assault. Bail has not been set.

 

Samuel LaCoste, 43, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 16, 2022, at 12:22 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a warrant for the following charges:

• Possession of schedule II (adderall)
• Possession of schedule II (methamphetamine)
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Possession of schedule I (THC Wax)
