St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 124 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Randy Lee Dixon, 42, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 25, 2022, at 9:25 am for failure to obey traffic control and possession of marijuana. Dixon was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Juvenile Male, 16, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on March 25, 2022, at 9:58 am on a warrant for sexual battery and indecent behavior with juveniles. The Juvenile Male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Tyler Michael Kapp, 30, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 25, 2022, at 6:24 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of speeding. Kapp was released on a completed sentence.

 

Chameka Renea Diggs, 23, Amelia, LA, was arrested on March 25, 2022, at 6:53 pm for maximum speed limit, no child restraint, and driving under suspension. Diggs was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Oscar Washington, 59, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 25, 2022, at 7:15 pm for obedience to police officers, expired license plate, and driving under suspension. Washington was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Teri Annette Williams, 35, Four Corners, LA, was arrested on March 25, 2022, at 7:50 pm on the following charges:

• Maximum speed limit
• Aggravated flight from officer
• Obstruction of highway-aggravated
• Hit and run
• Driving under suspension
• No child restraint

Bail has not been set.

 

Olman Perez, 32, Houston, TX, was arrested on March 25, 2022, at 11:00 pm for maximum speed limit and no insurance. Perez was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Arissa Nicole Guidry, 24, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2022, at 2:17 am for battery of a dating partner. Guidry was released on a $2,500 bond.

 

Robert Charles Rabb, 46, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2022, at 4:07 am for turning movements/required signals and possession of marijuana. Rabb was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Nicole Renee Benoit, 39, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2022, at 10:08 am for improper lane usage and driving under suspension. Benoit was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Derikeyone D. Kirt, 23, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2022, at 6:34 pm for driver must be licensed, careless operation w/accident, and proper equipment required on vehicles. Kirt was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

John Anthony Boyd, 52, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2022, at 9:43 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of improper lane usage and driving under suspension. Boyd was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Edgar Garcia-Perez, 21, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 26, 2022, at 11:10 pm for failure to report accident and driver must be licensed. Perez was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Shane Michael Coleman, 20, Gray, LA, was arrested on March 27, 2022, at 12:14 am on an Assumption Parish warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

• illegal carrying of weapons
• inciting a felony
• illegal possession of stolen firearm
• contributing to the delinquency of a minor

Coleman is being held for another agency.

 

Trevell Griffin, 23, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 27, 2022, at 12:14 am for maximum speed limit and possession of marijuana. Griffin was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Larry Guilbeau, 22, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 27, 2022, at 2:37 am on the following charges:

• driving on roadway laned for traffic
• no driver's license on person
• possession of marijuana
• possession of drug paraphernalia
• obstruction of justice-tampering

Bail has not been set.

 

Mitchell Lee Guilbeau, 28, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 27, 2022, at 2:37 am for possession of firearm-felon and violation of protective orders. Bail was set at $52,500.

 

Tarmone Tillman, 22, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on March 27, 2022, at 2:37 am for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tillman was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Tippy Edward Lovell III, 22, Franklin, LA, was arrested on March 27, 2022, at 4:38 am for reckless operation-no accident. Lovell was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Dong Van Tang, 53, Amelia, LA, was arrested on March 27, 2022, at 7:34 am on a warrant for molestation of a juvenile (4 counts). Bail was set at $50,000.

 

Darren Ann Dugas Boggan, 44, Patterson, LA, was arrested on March 27, 2022, at 6:11 pm for entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden. Boggan was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.

 

Gideon E. Doucet, 20, Kaplan, LA, was arrested on March 27, 2022, at 8:35 pm for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Doucet was released on a summons to appear on June 24, 2022.
