Arrest Report- April 8, 2022

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 33 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Darrell W Maggard Jr., 58, Shreveport, LA, was arrested on April 7, 2022, at 12:31 pm for maximum speed limit, driver must be licensed, no insurance. Maggard was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Alesia Nicole Weber, 18, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on April 7, 2022, at 1:48 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting. Weber was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Juvenile Female, 15, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on April 7, 2022, at 5:11 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting. The juvenile female was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Juvenile Female, 17, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on April 7, 2022, at 5:11 pm for disturbing the peace by fighting. The juvenile female was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

Carlos Antonio Argueta-Gomez, 30, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 7, 2022, at 8:15 pm for improper display of license plates, driver must be licensed, and no insurance. Gomez was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Todd Hebert, 59, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 7, 2022, at 11:59 pm for loud music. Hebert was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Kendell Lemond Booker, 37, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on April 7, 2022, at 6:43 pm on a warrant for the charges of theft and forgery. Bail was set at $11,000.
