St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 176 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Jerroid Jermain Garrison, 29, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 9:04 am for domestic abuse battery by strangulation/child endangerment. Bail was set at $10,000.

 

Cobi Harris, 20, Gibson, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 4:24 pm for reckless operation-no accident. Harris was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Crystal Williams, 39, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 11:57 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of speeding. Williams was released on a $410 bond.

 

Haylie C. Miller, 26, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 11:07 pm for possession of marijuana and proper equipment required on vehicles. Miller was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Destiny Ann Dinger, 33, Bayou Vista, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 9:59 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $780.

 

Demetries Demon Green, 45, Carencro, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 12:26 pm for traffic control signals and no insurance. Green was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Amy Ponce Mata, 44, Amelia, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 2:13 pm for driving under suspension. Mata was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Zymonie Coleman, 22, Houma, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 2:32 pm on the following charges:

• Reckless operation-no accident
• Driver must be licensed
• No insurance
• Possession of marijuana
• No child restraint
• Possession of CDS in the presence of a person under 17

Coleman was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Juan Calderson Cerritos, 30, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 10:05 pm for disturbing the peace-intoxicated. Cerritos was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Trinity Nicole Harris, 23, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 15, 2022, at 10:55 pm for resisting an officer by giving false information. Harris also held six Morgan City warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Driver must be licensed
• Contempt of court
• Terms of probation
• Probation fees
• Criminal damage to property
• Possession of marijuana
• Resisting an officer

Bail has not been set.

 

Fred Purnell Kenner, 35, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2022, at 12:17 am for battery-second degree. Kenner continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Alaina Marie Fulks, 58, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2022, at 1:46 am for misuse of 911. Bail has not been set.

 

Tajh Jeon Guilbeau, 31, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2022, at 1:22 pm for driving under suspension. Guilbeau was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

William McKinley Payton Jr., 48, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2022, at 1:22 pm for driving under suspension. Payton was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Billie Jean Talbot, 46, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2022, at 2:33 pm for traffic control signals and driving under suspension. Talbot was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Derick Antoine Labry, 43, Belle Rose, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2022, at 2:01 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of for driving under suspension. Labry was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Patrick Harris Jr., 20, Broussard, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2022, at 4:07 pm for reckless operation-no accident, expired license plate, and no driver's license on person. Harris was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

Somphone Khayankane, 40, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2022, at 5:28 pm for littering. Khayankane was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Jack N. Piirainen III, 39, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2022, at 7:34 pm on a Calcasieu Parish warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Piirainen is being held for another agency.

 

Sherrica Lynn Theriot, 41, Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2022, at 8:33 pm for theft. Theriot was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Eron Antoine Young, 33, Charenton, LA, was arrested on April 16, 2022, at 11:10 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of remaining after forbidden. Young was released on a $200 bond.

 

Logan Michael Parker, 24, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 17, 2022, at 8:46 am on the following charges:

• Driving under suspension
• Possession of marijuana
• Illegal possession of stolen firearms
• Procedure on approach of an authorized emergency vehicle

Parker also held a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana, operating a vehicle without a driver's license on person, and improper turn and/or failure to give required signal. Parker was released on an $8,750 bond.

 

Chanra Venessa Walker, 52, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on April 17, 2022, at 9:48 pm for no license plate light and driving under suspension. Walker was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Brian Keith James Sr., 42, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 18, 2022, at 2:17 am on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/canceled, operating a vehicle with an unlit license plate, and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $1,268.

Jeralyn Carson, 29, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 7:08 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana). Carson was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

De'andre Jackson, 21, Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 5:31 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana). Jackson was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Donja J. Moten, 22, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 5:58 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana) and improper lane usage. Moten was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Joseph Loston, 57, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 9:33 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Loston was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Tina Berrios, 47, Charenton, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 7:28 pm for possession of schedule II (crack cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting an officer by giving false information. Bail was set at $7,000.

 

Dwonyell Charles, 23, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 6:44 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana) and window tint violation. Charles was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Emmanuel Loston, 34, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 9:33 pm on the following charges:

• Possession of schedule I (marijuana)
• Possession of schedule IV (adderall)
• Improper lane usage
• Possession of firearm by a person convicted of certain felony
• Possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS

Loston also held a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Careless operation of a motor vehicle
• Operating a vehicle without a driver's license
• Safety helmet required
• Unlawful operation of an off-road vehicle
• Fail to honor a written promise to appear

Loston was released on a $27,740 bond.

 

Andrew Johnson, 21, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 6:44 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana). Johnson was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Irvyon James, 19, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 6:44 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. James was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

Deontay Jones, 25, Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 14, 2022, at 6:44 pm for possession of schedule I (MDMA) and on a Lafourche Parish warrant for failure to appear. Jones is being held for another agency.
