St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 41 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Bernard Allen Charles Jr., 32, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2022, at 10:52 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of battery-simple. Bail has not been set.

 

Gillisa Centrell Clark, 35, Amelia, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2022, at 7:05 pm for following too closely. Clark was released on a $250 bond.

 

Sharon Denise Gauthier, 61, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2022, at 7:58 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop/yield at a stop sign. Bail has not been set.

 

David Chad Diienno, 27, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 27, 2022, at 12:03 am on the following charges:

• Maximum speed limit
• Turning movements and required signals
• Driving on roadway laned for traffic
• Resisting arrest or officer
• Resisting a police officer with force non-aggravated
• Driving under suspension
• No insurance
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

Bail has not been set.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Dee'antre Gray, 24, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2022, at 9:37 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana), possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS, and window tint. Gray was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.

 

TJ Joseph Small, 44, Schriever, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2022, at 5:12 pm on the following charges:

• Improper lane usage
• Possession of schedule I (marijuana)
• Possession of schedule I (MDMA/ecstasy)
• Possession of schedule II (cocaine)

Small was released on a $3,500 bond.

 

Courtney Richardson, 35, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 26, 2022, at 2:43 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and window tint. Richardson was released on a summons to appear on July 19, 2022.
