St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 93 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Candice Lee Ross, 36, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 20, 2022, at 10:45 am on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of schedule II CDS (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail has not been set.

 

Matthew James Miller, 28, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 20, 2022, at 12:19 pm on a warrant for failure to appear for domestic abuse battery. Bail was set at $4,000.

 

Allen Dale Arnaud, 58, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 21, 2022, at 12:53 am for turning movements/required signals and driving while intoxicated. Arnaud was released on a $2,750 bond.

 

Eric Bryant Thomas, 47, Gibson, LA, was arrested on May 22, 2022, at 1:47 am on the following charges:

• Turning movements and required signals
• Driving on roadway laned for traffic
• Open container
• Driving while intoxicated
• Possession of marijuana
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

Bryant was released on a $7,000 bond.
