St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Frederick Brent Fournet, 34, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 6, 2022, at 8:12 am on an MCPD warrant for theft. Fournet is being held for another agency.

 

David Wayne Myers, 58, Broussard, LA, was arrested on June 6, 2022, at 9:15 am on a warrant for criminal trespass. Myers was released on a summons to appear on September 28, 2022.

 

Daniel Herrera, 28, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 7, 2022, at 12:57 am for reckless operation-no accident and driving while intoxicated-2nd offense. Bail was set at $5,500.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Xavier Dominic Coleman, 22, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 6, 2022, at 9:26 pm for possession of schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute and possession of firearm in the presence of a CDS. Bail has not been set.
