St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 31 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Bianca Breale McDaniel, 30, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 9, 2022, at 2:01 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. McDaniel was released on a $2,500 bond.

Juvenile Male, 17, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 9, 2022, at 7:45 pm for illegal possession of a stolen firearm. The juvenile male was arrested and released into the custody of a parent pending juvenile court proceedings.
