St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 36 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Deanna Irene Lutcher, 57, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on June 14, 2022, at 3:22 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charge of theft. Bail has not been set.

Connor William Hartdegen, 21, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on June 14, 2022, at 1:36 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of simple burglary. Bail was set at $46,000.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
