St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 32 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Dustin J. Vaughn, 45, Berwick, LA, was arrested on July 6, 2022, at 4:19 am on a warrant for domestic abuse battery, simple assault, and attempted criminal damage to property. Bail has not been set.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
