St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 31 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Shawn Case Lovell Sr., 44, Berwick, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2022, at 12:13 pm on a warrant for theft and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of entry/remaining on land after being forbidden. Bail was set at $1,500.

 

Tony Clayton Mollaire, 36, Houma, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2022, at 10:46 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle with no driver's license. Bail was set at $3,000.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

 

Lazin McDaniel Jr., 27, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2022, at 7:08 pm for:

  • Possession of schedule V (promethazine)
  • Obstruction of justice-tampering

McDaniel also held a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

  • Possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids with intent to distribute
  • Illegal use/possession/control of weapons-crime of violence/CDS
  • Possession of schedule I (MDMA) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Resisting arrest

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Allen Romar, 20, Baldwin, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2022, at 7:08 pm for:

  • Speeding
  • Aggravated flight from an officer
  • Possession of schedule V (promethazine)
  • Possession of schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Illegal possession of a stolen firearm

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Jordan Madison, 21, Franklin, LA, was arrested on July 25, 2022, at 7:08 pm for:

  • Obstruction of justice
  • Possession of schedule V (promethazine)
  • Possession of schedule I (marijuana) with intent to distribute
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Illegal possession of a stolen firearms
  • Possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS

Bail has not been set at this time.
