St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 33 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Henderson Dwight Wesley, 30, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on August 23, 2022, at 10:12 pm for public intimidation of public official. Wesley continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Dusty Lee Rogers, 33, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on August 23, 2022, at 11:56 am on a warrant for theft. Rogers was released on a summons to appear on November 4, 2022.

 

Lee Michael Boudreaux, 47, Amelia, LA, was arrested on August 23, 2022, at 6:35 pm on a warrant for theft, recovered property, and theft by fraud. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
