St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 96-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 95   complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Bria Da'mir Parker, 21, New Iberia, LA, was arrested on September 3, 2022, at 3:49 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of simple battery and resisting an officer. Parker was released on a $7,500 bond.

 

Alec Joseph Robinson, 25, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on September 2, 2022, at 1:47 pm on a warrant for first degree rape-victim under 13 years of age. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Paris Nicole Bias, 31, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on September 2, 2022, at 8:52 am on two warrants on the charges of theft and theft of a motor vehicle. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Christopher Darnell Seymour, 47, Gibson, LA, was arrested on September 3, 2022, at 7:14 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Simple burglary
• Possession of schedule I drugs
• Unauthorized use of a movable
• Criminal damage to property

Bail was set at $71,000.

 

Jennifer Rose Hatfield, 46, Ricohoc, LA, was arrested on September 2, 2022, at 1:03 am for driving while intoxicated, improper lane usage, and driving under suspension. Hatfield was released on a $3,000 bond.

 

Deondre Richardson, 25, Amelia, LA, was arrested on September 3, 2022, at 6:18 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of distribution of marijuana and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $12,500.

 

Trent Michael Ponville, 29, Pierre Part, LA, was arrested on September 4, 2022, at 1:38 am for driving while intoxicated and improper lane usage. Ponville was released on a $1,090 bond.

 

Lorenzo Cardell Marks, 35, Jeanerette, LA, was arrested on September 5, 2022, at 1:25 am for battery of a dating partner. Bail was set on the SMPSO charge at $5,000.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

 

Todd A. Landry, 54, Pierre Part, LA, was arrested on September 2, 2022, at 8:51 am for improper lane usage, driving under suspension, possession of schedule II (methamphetamine) with intent to distribute. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Tyler Bordelon, 20, Gray, LA, was arrested on September 2, 2022, at 8:07 pm for illegal carrying of weapons. Bordelon was released on a $1,000 bond.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
