St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 30  complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Donald Ray Navy Jr., 33, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 6, 2022, at 5:41 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of resisting an officer. Bail was set at $2,600.

 

Titus Jermaine Guilbeaux, 30, Franklin, LA, was arrested on September 6, 2022, at 2:27 pm on three warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Criminal neglect of family
• Resisting officer
• Unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling
• Flight from officer
• No seat belt

Guilbeaux was released on a $4,000 bond.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
