St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 92 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Adrian Lynn Billiot, 40, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 23, 2022, at 12:11 pm on three warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

• simple battery
• disturbing the peace
• disturbing the peace-offensive words
• entry on or remaining on land after being forbidden
• possession of schedule II-methamphetamine

Bail was set at $60,000.

 

Leonard Rhine, 39, Houma, LA, was arrested on September 26, 2022, at 5:06 am on the following charges:

• speeding
• expired license plate
• possession of schedule I (marijuana)
• possession of schedule I (MDMA)
• possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
