St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 90 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Rigo Jose Alvarado, 23, Houston, TX, was arrested on September 30, 2022, at 10:47 pm for driving while intoxicated. Alvarado was released on a $2,500 bond.

 

Dustin Michael Lovell, 24, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 1, 2022, at 12:15 am on a warrant for the charge of theft. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Herman Tyler Delco, 40, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on October 1, 2022, at 6:21 am for battery-simple, disturbing the peace-intoxicated, and criminal damage to property. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Braxton Jarone Mitchell, 34, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 2, 2022, at 9:05 pm on the following charges:

• Maximum speed limit
• Resisting an officer by flight
• Expired driver's license
• Expired license plate

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Juvenile Male, 17, Patterson, LA, was arrested on October 2, 2022, at 11:48 am for criminal trespass. The juvenile male was released into the custody of a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Brennan Tabor, 34, Patterson, LA, was arrested on September 30, 2022, at 12:55 pm on a warrant for possession of stolen firearm (2 counts). Bail has not been set at this time.
