Arrest Report- October 31, 2022

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 89 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Tyreik Harrison, 21, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 28, 2022, at 4:43 pm on a Patterson Police Department warrant for failure to appear on the charges of stop sign violation and seat belt violation. Harrison was released on a paid fine.

 

Kashif Jermaine Wallace, 34, Amelia, LA, was arrested on October 29, 2022, at 3:38 pm for burglary (simple). Bail was set at $12,000.

 

Donald J. Sanders IV, 18, Franklin, LA, was arrested on October 29, 2022, at 1:06 pm for aggravated assault with a firearm. Sanders was released on a $20,000 bond.

 

Danny Wayne Aucoin, 48, Donaldsonville, LA, was arrested on October 30, 2022, at 3:53 am for criminal damage to property-simple. Aucoin was released on a $1,000 bond.

 

Gram Davis Armstrong, 43, Fort Worth, TX, was arrested on October 30, 2022, at 4:27 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and improper driving on a one-way roadway. Bail was set at $5,000.

 

Javonte Jaheim Miller, 19, Houma, LA, was arrested on October 31, 2022, at 11:35 am on the following charges:

  • Possession of marijuana
  • Possession of firearm-felon
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Illegal carrying of a weapon
  • Possession of firearm in the presence of a CDS

Bail was set at $13,500.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
