St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Michael Bennett, 53, Patterson, LA, was arrested on November 1, 2022, at 4:04 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of aggravated assault and disturbing the peace-offensive words. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Deandre Paul Jackson, 22, Patterson, LA, was arrested on November 2, 2022, at 2:34 pm for negligent injuring. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Cody Paul Pearce, 34, Berwick, LA, was arrested on November 3, 2022, at 10:26 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

• False imprisonment
• Domestic abuse battery
• Resisting arrest or officer
• Unauthorized entry of a critical infrastructure
• Criminal trespass

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Quintin McKenzle Nerve, 39, Patterson, LA, was arrested on November 2, 2022, at 7:19 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Operating a vehicle while intoxicated
• Careless operation of a motor vehicle
• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
• Possession of marijuana

Bail has not been set at this time.
