St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 28 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Jeffery Brian Moses, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 6, 2023, at 12:22 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of schedule II CDS (cocaine). Bail has not been set for the additional charges.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
