St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 26 complaints and reports the following arrests:

Tanner Aaron Aucoin, 27, Franklin, LA, was arrested on February 28, 2023, at 9:15 pm on three warrants for failure to appear on the charges of illegal possession of stolen things, domestic abuse battery, and possession of synthetic cannabinoids. Bail has not been set at this time.

Roberto Antonio Guevara, 25, Stafford, TX, was arrested on February 28, 2023, at 6:44 pm for monetary instrument abuse. Bail has not been set at this time.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
