St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 35 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Timothy Wayne Collier, 23, Berwick, LA, was arrested on March 2, 2023, at 12:20 pm on an Assumption Parish warrant for failure to appear on the charge of felony theft of a firearm. Collier is being held for another agency.

 

NARCOTICS SECTION

Dustin Bergeron, 36, Gray, LA, was arrested on March 2, 2023, at 3:47 pm on an Assumption Parish warrant for terrorizing and cyberstalking. Bergeron is being held for another agency.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
