St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 29 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Nathaniel Albert Rollins, 27, Patterson, LA, was arrested on April 11, 2023, at 1:02 pm for theft and identity theft. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Shawn Case Lovell Sr., 45, Berwick, LA, was arrested on April 11, 2023, at 12:25 pm on three warrants for failure to appear on the charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated, remaining where forbidden, and theft less than $1,000. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Joseph Jerome Jessie, 44, Franklin, LA, was arrested on April 11, 2023, at 1:39 pm for reckless operation-no accident. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Justin Leo Charles Bourgeois, 49, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on April 11, 2023, at 5:29 pm for criminal trespass. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
