St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 92 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Mark Anthony Hilliard, Sr., 40, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 12, 2023, at 10:54 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of domestic abuse child endangerment law. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Russel Lee Pfotenhauer, 41, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 12, 2023, at 8:54 pm for battery-aggravated and criminal damage to property-simple. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

Walter Josua Martinez-Galvez, 32, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on May 14, 2023, at 8:47 pm for hit and run, driving while intoxicated, and driver must be licensed. Bail has not been set at this time.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
