St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 72-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 100 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Carlin David Stelly, 45, Franklin, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2023, at 2:45 pm for violation of protective orders and on a warrant for failure to appear. Bail was set at $72,208.45.

 

Treylon Javon Jenkins, 29, Patterson, LA, was arrested on May 19, 2023, at 10:01 pm on two warrants for failure to appear on the following charges:

• Resisting officer
• Operating a vehicle while intoxicated
• Illegal carrying of concealed weapon
• Possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicle
• Careless operation of a motor vehicle

Bail was set at $58,500.

 

Joel Andrew Loustalot, 36, Berwick, LA, was arrested on May 20, 2023, at 2:13 am for turning movements and required signals, possession of methamphetamines, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,500.

 

Calvin Joshua Stephenson, 42, Lake City, Fl, was arrested on May 20, 2023, at 7:51 pm for possession of methamphetamines. Bail was set at $3,000.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
