St. Mary Parish Sheriff Blaise Smith advises that over the last 24-hour reporting period, the Sheriff's Office responded to 103 complaints and reports the following arrests:

 

Rusty Shane Bordelon, 34, Franklin, LA, was arrested on June 26, 2023, at 6:16 pm on a warrant for failure to appear. Bordelon continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Kevin Anthony Adams, 35, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 26, 2023, at 8:22 pm for restraining order violation. Adams continues to be incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.

 

Davide Jude Bell, 55, Morgan City, LA, was arrested on June 26, 2023, at 10:02 pm on the following charges:

• Improper lane usage
• Driving while intoxicated
• Open container
• Resisting arrest or officer

Bail has not been set at this time.

 

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
